Her first book, Mushrooms for Well-Being: Naturally Enhance Your Wellness, explores the power of mushrooms to boost mental and physical health. Her second work, The Ultimate Teen Self-Care Handbook: Mastering Social Skills, Puberty and Personal Growth for Girls, offers practical self-care strategies for teens, helping them develop emotional resilience and healthy habits.
