After thriving in a fast-paced business environment, she faced a life-changing moment in 2018 with her first cancer diagnosis. Inspired by her journey, Grace made fundamental changes to her lifestyle, embracing natural remedies and holistic practices to support her healing and recovery.

Grace shares her wealth of knowledge and personal insights from her transformative experience through her writing. Her first book, Mushrooms for Well-Being: Naturally Enhance Your Wellness, explores the power of mushrooms to boost mental and physical health. Her second work, The Ultimate Teen Self-Care Handbook: Mastering Social Skills, Puberty and Personal Growth for Girls, offers practical self-care strategies for teens, helping them develop emotional resilience and healthy habits.
