After thriving in a fast-paced business environment, she faced a life-changing moment in 2018 with her first cancer diagnosis. This pivotal experience sparked a profound shift in her life, leading her to re-evaluate her health and approach to well-being. Inspired by her journey, Grace made fundamental changes to her lifestyle, embracing natural remedies and holistic practices to support her healing and recovery.
Grace shares her wealth of knowledge and personal insights from her transformative experience through her writing. Her first book, Mushrooms for Well-Being: Naturally Enhance Your Wellness, explores the power of mushrooms to boost mental and physical health.
