Meet David Keith
15years ago, David hit rock bottom with his mental health and overwhelming depression. He didn't think life was worth living; he hated himself that much. Unable to speak about his issues and trauma as a teen, David felt that he was completely broken, unlovable, and never going to feel happy. He lost everything in his life due to his anger, sadness, and emotional outbreaks and could never explain why they happened or prevent them from controlling his life, until he met Jack a mental health volunteer who put David in touch with a men's group that created a new beginning for David that he never thought possible.
Fast forward 15years and David now helps other men who are walking in his shoes, and wrote his book for everyone he doesn't see or help on a daily basis.
Through his experiences, qualifications, and renewed outlook on a life worth living, David opens the door for men who want to enhance their mental health, well-being, self-confidence and feeling of worth in his first book, ‘The Modern Man's Guide to Emotional Strength: A Practical Path to Healing, Personal Growth, and Self-Care
David’s mantra is simple: ‘Choose hope over darkness. Your strength grows with every step forward.’
David is currently working on a second book to complement his first book as he tells us ‘the story does not end; there’s so much work to do to help men of all ages to realise their value and to dispel their inner demons.’
